Refunds

Refund Policy

Last updated 31 July 2026

This page says what happens to your money when you leave. It is short, and it is stricter than most people expect, so we have put the important part first rather than burying it. How to cancel and what happens to your data are covered in our Terms of Service.

The short version

We do not give refunds. If you change your mind, stop using the product, or decide Quillreach is not for you, the period you have already paid for is not refundable, in whole or in part.

We would rather tell you that plainly here than have you discover it at the point you want your money back. The 14-day free trial exists precisely so this question does not have to come up: it needs no card, it gives you the real product rather than a reduced version of it, and it is long enough to find out whether outreach works for you before you pay us anything.

What this covers

Monthly subscriptions
The month you are in is not refundable once it has begun. Cancelling stops the next charge and you keep full access until the month ends.
Annual subscriptions
Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not refund the months of the year you are currently in. Your account stays fully active until that year ends, so you keep everything you paid for.
Seats you remove
Removing a seat takes effect immediately, and we do not pay the unused part of it back to your card. The unused portion becomes a credit applied against your next invoice, so it reaches you as a smaller bill rather than as money returned.
Accounts we terminate
If we close your account because you breached our Terms of Service, no refund is due for the remainder of the period.
Downtime and outages
We do not offer service credits. Interruptions, maintenance, outages at providers we depend on, and changes made by LinkedIn do not earn a refund or a credit.

Billing errors are a different thing

Everything above is about paying for a service you received and later decided against. It is not about us taking money we were never owed.

If we make a billing mistake, we fix it. That means returning an amount that should never have left your account in the first place, which is a correction of our error rather than a refund of the service. Specifically:

Duplicate charges
You were charged more than once for the same billing period.
Charges after cancellation
You cancelled and were billed for a period that started afterwards.
Wrong seat count
You were billed for more seats than your workspace actually had.

How to raise it

Email us and describe what you think went wrong. Include the date and amount of the charge if you have them, though we can find it from your account either way.

If a charge looks wrong, please come to us before raising a dispute with your bank. We answer billing questions quickly and we can usually resolve it faster than a dispute can. Raising a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your account being suspended until the matter is settled.

Where we agree an amount should be returned, it goes back to the original payment method through our payment provider. That normally leaves our side within one business day, then takes however long your bank or card issuer needs to post it, typically 5 to 10 business days.

How this fits with our other terms

This policy forms part of our Terms of Service. The terms cover how to cancel and what happens to your access and your data afterwards; this page covers money. If you are looking for what happens to your campaigns, leads, and inbox after you leave, that is in the terms.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page and tell account holders by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.

Questions about a charge

Email us before disputing anything with your bank. We will look at it properly:
