Connection request (with personalized note), follow-up message (sent after acceptance), voice note (recorded once, replayed per lead), profile reaction (on a recent post, gentler than a message), InMail (when the lead isn't a connection and Premium is available). Each step has its own delay, its own copy, and its own optional AI personalization layer.
Sequences schedule against your per-account daily caps, never blindly. If account A is at-cap for connection requests today, A's next step waits until tomorrow's window; account B continues without pause. The scheduler reads cap status before queuing each send, so you don't have to babysit which account is where.
Variables pull from real fields (mutual connections, group overlap, recent role transitions, anything you've imported via CSV). Branches let a sequence change path on reply: for example, drop the lead if they accept-and-reply, advance to a different message if they accept-but-stay-quiet.
