Multi-step sequences

Multi-step sequences that don't read like scripts.

Connection request → message → voice note → reaction → InMail. Run them all from one builder, with cap-aware timing and AI personalization at the step level.

In one sentence

Quillreach sequences chain multiple LinkedIn actions for a single lead (connection request, follow-up message, voice note, profile reaction, InMail) with delays, branches on reply, and cap-aware scheduling that respects each account's daily limits.

The step types

Connection request (with personalized note), follow-up message (sent after acceptance), voice note (recorded once, replayed per lead), profile reaction (on a recent post, gentler than a message), InMail (when the lead isn't a connection and Premium is available). Each step has its own delay, its own copy, and its own optional AI personalization layer.

Cap-aware scheduling

Sequences schedule against your per-account daily caps, never blindly. If account A is at-cap for connection requests today, A's next step waits until tomorrow's window; account B continues without pause. The scheduler reads cap status before queuing each send, so you don't have to babysit which account is where.

Variables, branches, and AI blocks

Variables pull from real fields (mutual connections, group overlap, recent role transitions, anything you've imported via CSV). Branches let a sequence change path on reply: for example, drop the lead if they accept-and-reply, advance to a different message if they accept-but-stay-quiet. AI blocks let you embed an AI-drafted opener inside an otherwise-static message, with the operator review queue still applying.

Common questions

How many steps can a sequence have?
No hard cap. Most sequences land at 3-6 steps; we've seen agencies run 10+ for long re-engagement flows. The product doesn't gate step count to a higher tier.
Do voice notes work?
Yes. Record once, replay per lead. We use LinkedIn's native voice message format so it lands as a normal voice note in the lead's inbox.
Can a sequence branch on reply?
Yes. The most common branches: drop the lead if they reply 'not interested,' advance to a different message if they accept-but-don't-reply, escalate to InMail if a connection request is ignored for N days.
Can I A/B test step variants?
Yes. Up to four variants per step, split randomly. Watch reply rates in the analytics view and promote the winner without rebuilding the sequence.
What happens to a lead mid-sequence if I edit the sequence?
In-flight leads keep their current step path. Edits apply to new leads added after the change. This avoids the 'sequence rewrite double-sends old leads' bug common in other tools.
