Is there really only one plan?

Yes. One product, $59 per seat per month. No Starter / Growth / Pro tier ladder. We deliberately skipped the staircase pricing model so the upgrade path is mechanical and the pricing page is legible.

Do I need a credit card to start the trial?

Accepted Answer

No. The 14-day free trial requires no credit card. Two days before it ends we send an in-app prompt to add a card. On day 14, if no card has been added, outbound sending stops. Nothing is deleted and the rest of the app keeps working, so you can add a card whenever you're ready and start sending again.

How does the annual discount work?

Annual billing is $590 per seat per year, which is 10 months' price for 12 months, so you get 2 months free. Toggle to Annual on the pricing card to see your yearly total.

Do you offer volume pricing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Seats 1-19 are $59 per seat per month; every seat from the 20th on is $39 per seat per month. It's graduated, so the first 19 seats always bill at the standard rate. Drag the seat slider on the pricing card to see your exact total. Annual billing adds 2 months free on top.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel from your dashboard at any time. No calling-to-retain, no cancellation fees. Your account stays active until the end of the current billing period. There are no partial-period refunds, but you keep what you paid for.

Question 6

What's your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

We don't give refunds. If you change your mind or stop using the product, the period you've paid for isn't refundable, monthly or annual. The 14-day free trial needs no credit card and gives you the real product, so you can decide before you pay us anything, and you keep full access until the period you paid for ends. Billing mistakes are a separate thing: if we charge you twice, charge you after you cancelled, or bill you for more seats than you had, tell us and we'll return it. What happens to my data if I cancel?

Outbound sending stops. We keep your campaigns, leads, and inbox rather than deleting them on a timer, so if you come back later you pick up with nothing lost. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time and we'll action it, so export anything you want to keep first.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

All major credit and debit cards. SEPA Direct Debit in the EU. We don't currently support wire transfer or PO billing; we may add invoiced billing later for teams above a certain seat count.

Is each seat one LinkedIn account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. One seat = one user login + one connected LinkedIn account, with the full feature set. To run multiple LinkedIn accounts under one operator (a common agency / SDR-manager workload), add a seat per account. The unified inbox shows replies from every connected account in one timeline.
