Pricing FAQ
- Is there really only one plan?
- Yes. One product, $59 per seat per month. No Starter / Growth / Pro tier ladder. We deliberately skipped the staircase pricing model so the upgrade path is mechanical and the pricing page is legible.
- Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
- No. The 7-day free trial requires no credit card. On day 5 we send an in-app prompt to add a card. On day 7, if no card has been added, the workspace pauses (outbound campaigns halt) and you have 30 days to recover before the account is purged.
- How does the annual discount work?
- Annual billing is $590 per seat per year, which works out to roughly 10 months for 12, about 17% off the monthly rate. Toggle to Annual on the pricing card to see the per-month equivalent.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Cancel from your dashboard at any time. No calling-to-retain, no cancellation fees. Your account stays active until the end of the current billing period. There are no partial-period refunds, but you keep what you paid for.
- What's your refund policy?
- No refunds for partial periods. The 7-day free trial covers the try-before-commit need; adding a 7-day money-back guarantee on top would add billing-system complexity (refund flows, dispute risk) and would select for less-committed customers. Billing disputes are handled via our payment processor's standard dispute flow.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- Your campaigns, leads, and inbox stay accessible read-only until the end of your billing period. After that, the workspace enters a 30-day recovery window during which you can reactivate with no data loss. Past 30 days, the workspace is purged per our data-retention policy.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- All major credit and debit cards. SEPA Direct Debit in the EU. We don't currently support wire transfer or PO billing; we may add invoiced billing later for teams above a certain seat count.
- Is each seat one LinkedIn account?
- Yes. One seat = one user login + one connected LinkedIn account, with the full feature set. To run multiple LinkedIn accounts under one operator (a common agency / SDR-manager workload), add a seat per account. The unified inbox shows replies from every connected account in one timeline.
