AI personalization

AI that drafts. You decide.

Personalized openers built from real fields: mutual connections, group overlap, role transitions. Operator review queue before every send.

In one sentence

Quillreach's AI personalization drafts every message and routes it to an operator review queue. Nothing auto-sends. Variables pull from real LinkedIn fields, not surface-scraped 'congrats on the new role' filler.

Why most LinkedIn AI personalization fails

Tools that auto-send AI-drafted openers produce text a target spots in two seconds: generic compliments about a recent post, vague references to a company milestone scraped from a press release. Reply rates crater because the message reads like a model wrote it. The fix isn't a better model; it's an operator deciding whether each draft is good enough to send.

How Quillreach's review queue works

When a sequence reaches a personalized step, the AI drafts a message using your prompt template plus the lead's variables. The draft lands in a review queue with a one-keystroke approve / edit / skip flow. Approved messages send on the sequence's scheduled cadence; edited messages send with your changes; skipped leads get a fallback non-personalized template (or drop out of the step entirely, your call).

Variables we pull from

Mutual connections, shared groups, recent role transitions, profile location, company size + industry, posts the lead engaged with in the last 30 days, and anything you've imported into a custom field via CSV. The variable picker in the sequence builder is searchable; start typing 'mutual' and it surfaces every related field.

Common questions

Which AI model does Quillreach use?
We route each task to the best-suited provider behind the scenes (drafting short LinkedIn-style copy, longer InMails, translation, and so on). The choice is invisible to you; what you see is the draft. We do not train any model on your campaign data.
Can I edit a draft before it sends?
Yes. Every draft in the review queue can be edited inline before approving. Edited drafts send as you wrote them, not as the model wrote them.
What if I don't review a draft before its scheduled send time?
You pick the fallback per step: skip (lead drops out), send a non-personalized template, or pause the lead until you review. Default is 'skip', because it's better to send fewer good messages than more bad ones.
Can I write my own AI prompt per step?
Yes. Each personalized step has its own prompt template with full access to the variable picker. You can A/B test prompts the same way you'd A/B test static copy.
Does the AI ever auto-send without my approval?
No. That's the design constraint that makes this feature usable. If you want auto-send, there are other tools; Quillreach is built for the operator who wants AI as a drafting layer, not autopilot.
